In the climax of Senator Obama's speech, Obama talks about the Iraq war, human rights, and a call to action in American democracy. See parts I-III for the rest of Barack's Speech. "It doesn't make us look tough not to talk to other countries, it makes us look arrogant." This speech was filmed at San Francisco's Bill Graham Civic Center on 9/7/07. The event was a fundraiser hosted by Women for Obama and Generation Obama.
